I purchased The Book of Kale a couple of weeks ago too! Haven’t tried anything yet, but we’re growing LOTS of kale next year as part of the CSA and for the Farmers’ Market. For now, the last of our kale will be consumed as seasoned kale chips — LOVE those. Thanks for the article, Kim!

I tried to get some kale this week but it was past its due date. Kim – is there any chance of purchasing some of that 100% fully germinated kale from Valentine Farm?

And if others want to purchase directly from you as well, what’s the best way to do so?

We’re working our way through a big patch of Kale with this book. A delicious way to try Fall, and hopefully winter………..
